PBX — Uni­fied Com­mu­ni­ca­tions

Based on the PBX sys­tem from inno­va­phone, IPD NOW pro­vides a com­mu­ni­ca­tion plat­form from the cloud which meets all require­ments. A mod­ern soft client is used as stan­dard. But those who do not want to do so do not have to do with­out their con­ven­tional desk tele­phone. IP Dynam­ics offers var­i­ous mod­els to choose from. In addi­tion, the solu­tion can also be used with mobile devices (iOS and Android). The tech­nol­ogy works regard­less of loca­tion and end device – only Inter­net access is required and the sys­tem can be oper­ated in a hybrid envi­ron­ment (partly from the cloud and partly on-​premises). This allows migra­tion con­cepts as well as con­cepts that enable emer­gency oper­a­tion of impor­tant loca­tions in the event of an Inter­net con­nec­tion fail­ure. Fur­ther­more, it is pos­si­ble to con­tinue to use exist­ing provider con­nec­tions with­out hav­ing them ported to a data cen­ter.


Vir­tual instead of large

By the con­ver­sion of older tele­phone sys­tems to Inter­net tele­phony, a large PBX becomes obso­lete and is replaced by a vir­tual sys­tem. We pro­vide you with this vir­tual sys­tem from our cloud. On the basis of the inno­va­phone PBX, each cus­tomer has a client as an inde­pen­dent IP PBX, which unfolds its full per­for­mance capac­ity in inter­ac­tion with the Uni­fied Com­mu­ni­ca­tions func­tion­al­i­ties of the myApps client.
